The Reputed
Phenomena:
Witnesses report seeing a feeble,
pale, old woman wearing a royal blue scarf and a blue jacket who
vanishes before their eyes.

The
Investigation:
According to a
resident who lives on one of the corners of the intersection, there was an old woman
who lived across the street from him who died a couple of years
ago. However, he has neither witnessed an apparition nor
does he know of anyone who has.
