Chad Lewis to do book singing

05/24/07 - Dubuque Telegraph Herald

Chad Lewis, co-author of "The Iowa Road Guide to Haunted Locations," will do a book signing at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 26, at Borders Books, Music and Cafe.

In a press release, Lewis, a paranormal researcher for Unexplained Research, said he explores haunted locations in Dubuque, including "the phantom pirates of the Ham House, haunted theater-goers of the Grand Opera House and a spirit haunting Clarke College."

He said the book will tell readers where to go "to possibly see possessed statues come to life, pick up a phantom hitchhiker, encounter a ghost train, sit in the Devil's Chair, climb the haunted 13 steps and have your car pushed by spirits."

Lewis has a master's degree in applied psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
